Finnish disappointment and motivation for bronze medal game

Finnish players were looking very disappointed after the game. The dissatisfaction was visible also at forward Juha Jaaska, who scored only Finnish goal in the game. “It was a tough game. This was visible also in semifinal, rivalry between Finland and Sweden is significant. “Everyone of us wanted to win against Sweden, it is a real rival. You saw that there were also some emotions, small arguments etc. These are things, which belong to derby,” added talented Finnish player.

Jaaska scored curious goal, puck went to the net from his skate. Was he afraid, that goal won´t be valid? “Maybe little bit (laughing). I didn´t try to kick the puck,” described Juha Jaaska goal moment. Finland is playing tomorrow for third place, now needs to motivate and keep all energy for last match. “This game will be really important for us. Feeling after tournaments is really based on last match. If you win, it´s good tournament, if lose, bad tournament, that´s simply. Now we need to sleep good and hope, that tomorrow we will have more energy and little but luck also,” finished Juha Jaaska.
